SUDOKU Project is a change in the approach of PT Asuransi Allianz Utama Indonesia (Allianz Utama) to target planning and execution, which involves integrated 3-dimensional coordination between Product Owners (Underwriters), Distribution Channel (HoDs), Distribution Area (Branch Managers).
This project is inspired by a number placement game called SUDOKU, where players were expected to fill in the empty squares with numbers 1 to 9 that could not be repeated. It must be synchronized so that eventually when the puzzle is complete, the total numbers summed from any directions row/column all produce the same total.
The same concept is applied at Allianz Utama; the difference is the target numbers are filled synchronously between 3-dimensions: Product Owner, Channel Coordinator, and Area Expert. When summed from any dimension, the total remains the same; the Allianz Utama target is pursued together.

SUDOKU Project adopts the concept of the traditional SUDOKU game to be applied into an Allianz Utama strategic game, which creates:
• Awareness of interlocking targets that must be planned and achieved as a unity ("One Allianz Utama")
• A collaborative, entrepreneurial environment between three dimensions (3D): Product, Channel and Area Distribution
• 3D (Data, Dialogue, Discipline) working culture

For this culture, we created a logo to represent the meaning of SUDOKU and a communication plan to socialize the cultures. We made six posters to illustrate the meaning of every word of SUDOKU and use the employee as a model in fun and playing full concept to spread the spirit of Entrepreneurship, Collaborative Leadership, Creative Thinking, Trust, and Customer/Market Excellence.
The logo concept has three axes and 3 Dimensions representing 3D (Data, Dialogue, Discipline) working culture. The character of SUDOKU in the logo looks transparent to express the openness and transcparancy of the working culture.
"Play Smart, Win as One." is the tagline for SUDOKU. The 2020 target is a game that must be played intelligently. This game can only be won if the employees collaborate as a unity.
